Edgar Ordaz, DO

Edgar Ordaz, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Ordaz earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California and completed his residency in Family and Community Medicine at UCSF Fresno.

Dr. Ordaz provides comprehensive, evidence‑based primary care for adult patients. His clinical interests include preventive care and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and mental health. Returning to school later in life, after broad work and life experience, he saw the need for physicians who understand how medical issues and social factors can affect health in diverse community settings.

As an outpatient family medicine physician, he emphasizes continuity of care and long‑term relationships, helping patients navigate preventive care, acute concerns, and complex chronic conditions over time.

During his free time, Dr. Ordaz enjoys hiking, watching and participating in sports, building and playing pinball cabinets, and enjoying Marvel movies and comic books.
