Saint Agnes Care Internal Medicine (LQMG) is one of four family and internal medicine Saint Agnes Care provider sites. Committed to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of health conditions, our team prides itself on listening with a desire to truly hear the concerns of our patients so we can address them with compassion. Our providers believe that every patient is unique and, therefore, deserves a plan of care customized to their individual needs.

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Now you can stay home, stay safe and still see your doctor. Saint Agnes Care is pleased to offer a new telehealth option that allows you to see your regular provider for routine appointments – even your annual wellness visit – from the comfort of home. To make an appointment, simply call our office. Once we have you on the schedule, you'll receive a link, via text, to your cell phone or tablet. When the day and time comes, you'll simply click the link to initiate your appointment. It's that simple! And did we mention, there's no waiting. It’s health care designed with you in mind.
